I grew up between Israel, the Netherlands, and Houston, which has given me a unique perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on child development, and my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on diverse learners, which have allowed me to gain a deep understanding of how to effectively educate students while also catering to
their individual needs and learning styles.
My passion for equitable education and the belief that every student should have access to high-quality education led me to start my career as a special education teacher at a local high school in Houston. It was during this time that I fell in love with teaching and helping students to reach their full potential. I eventually moved on to become a district special education curriculum specialist, where I was able to make an even greater impact on the education system.
I truly believe that the individualized attention, institutional dedication, and growth opportunities for students at GCE are incredibly impactful and provide a welcoming space for diverse learners to excel. As a member of the faculty, I am committed to providing the best education and support to all students so that they can achieve their academic and personal goals. I am excited to be a part of this amazing community and help shape our students' future.
