Animation: Introduction to Character Design. Mon-Fri, 11:00-3:00 ($200)

A picture is worth a thousand words; a character can live a thousand lives. What fundamentals enable an artist to bring a character to life? Students in this course will learn skills to elevate their draftsmanship to create their own palette of characters. Skills such as proportion, composition, and lighting are a few ways to learn through practice to replicate the human model. At the end of the class, students will have a portfolio documenting their improvement within the two weeks.

This course satisfies a GCE Art credit. Seating is limited to 16. This class is subject to minimum enrollment.
