Our Elective Term came to an end with an intimate Final Presentation. After 3 months of hard work, students in the courses, Book Bound, Biomimicry, Rapid Prototyping, and If These Walls Could Talk connected with guests through their newfound knowledge and expertise. The librarians from Book Bound challenged guests to a book-sorting race and engaged guests in conversations about the value of literacy. In Biomimicry, guests were asked to determine the rate of decomposition for different household items. The engineers from Rapid Prototyping showcased their skills with different manual and digital tools. The muralist from If These Walls Could Talk curated a gallery walk of their murals in our new space. Our students invited guests to learn through experimentation and play, a process that they are familiar with.
